• Account data: vendor/admin email, password hash, and timestamps.

• To help vendors respond to buyer messages (stored in dashboards).
• To prevent spam and enforce marketplace rules.
• To review reports and remove unsafe listings.

Data retention

Admins can delete vendors, listings, inquiries, and reports as needed.
