Supplier posting guide
Use this checklist to create listings that are clear, trustworthy, and easy to approve.
1) Make your profile approval-ready
- Business name and a working website URL.
- Contact email or public support channel (do not post personal info you don’t want public).
- Shipping regions (example: “USA (where lawful), no AK/HI”).
- COA link (certificate of analysis) for your products or testing policy.
- Short About section: what you sell, where you ship, and what compliance steps you take.
2) Listing content that converts
- Title: descriptive, not hype (example: “Hemp Gummies 25mg - Mixed Berry”).
- Short description: 1–2 sentences for search previews.
- Long description: ingredients, serving size, allergen notes, lab testing, batch/lot where relevant.
- External URL: link to the product page on your own site.
- Image: clean packaging photo or product image (avoid medical/health claims).
3) What gets rejected
- Medical/health claims (treat, cure, prevent, diagnose, etc.).
- Missing COA link when “lab tested” is checked.
- Misleading labeling or unclear cannabinoid type.
- Broken external links.
- Content that violates the Prohibited Items policy.
4) Social sharing tips
- Each approved listing has a shareable URL like /listing/your-slug.
- Use a short, factual caption: flavor, potency, and “COA available”.
- Post your supplier profile link in your bio for trust.
